Before purchasing prints, please review and accept the Registry Terms. These establish the relationship between artist and collector.
1. The Registry
This registry serves as the official record of ownership and provenance for Haslun Studio limited editions. By registering, you acknowledge that this registry is the exclusive venue for transfer notifications and provenance verification.
2. Pricing Confidentiality
The price you pay for any print is confidential between you and the artist. You agree not to publicly disclose the specific purchase price of any print acquired through this registry. The artist maintains aggregate pricing information to ensure edition integrity.
3. Right of First Refusal (ROFR)
All prints are subject to Right of First Refusal. Before any secondary sale or transfer, you must:
- File a notice through this registry with the proposed buyer and price
- Pay a non-refundable $25 filing fee
- Allow 14 days for the artist to match the proposed terms
If the artist matches, they acquire your print at the proposed price. If declined or expired, the transfer proceeds. Transfers without proper notice are not recognized by this registry.
4. NFT Certificates
Each print may include a corresponding NFT certificate of authenticity. If you do not have a crypto wallet, the artist will hold the NFT in custody on your behalf until you request transfer.
5. Governing Terms
These terms, together with any edition-specific terms disclosed at purchase, constitute the complete agreement between collector and artist. New York law governs this agreement.
